Job Description

The main objective of the position is create and manage robust project management plans and tracking tools, ensuring production targets are achieved while meeting financial goals and client expectations.

Daily Functions

• Project Planning & Risk Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including action logs and risk registers;
• Status Reporting: Create and deliver highly effective status reports to both VPS management and client stakeholders;
• Production & Financial Oversight: Enforce production methods to meet or exceed the financial goals and targets established for each project;
• Team Leadership: Independently manage team activities to ensure production targets are met with high-quality standards;
• Client Relationship Management: Interpret client business needs and quickly translate them into actionable tasks for the execution teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Project Management, budget handling, and extensive use of MS Office products;
• Education: Degree in Business, IT, or equivalent. Project Management certifications or relevant demonstrable experience are highly valued;
• Software Skills: Solid experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent project tracking tools;
• Languages: Native English speaker or CEF C1 level. Additional languages (minimum B2-level) are a plus;
• Key Skills: Proven ability to work in international and multi-cultural environments with a "get-it-done" personality and strong problem-solving skills;
• Other: Valid car driving license in Spain.
