Your Mission: Build the Future of AI at Mozzaik365

You will join the Product team to take the lead on our flagship Generative AI product, “Genius”. Currently at the PoC (Proof of Concept) stage, your mission will be to transform it into a robust, configurable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform, ready to be deployed at our clients’ sites through our network of partners.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a strategic product from 0.5 to 1, combining product vision, rigorous execution, and a deep understanding of LLM/RAG technologies.

🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:

Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Genius product (RAG platform).

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to:

  • Translate business and user needs into detailed functional and technical specifications (PRDs, User Stories).

  • Actively participate in defining the RAG architecture, technical choices, and model evaluation strategies, leveraging your understanding of LLMs and Data Science.

  • Explore and evaluate technical approaches (via research, open-source monitoring, etc.).

• Lead product discovery (user research, competitive analysis) to refine positioning and features.

• Rigorously prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and strategic objectives.

• Monitor development, ensure the quality of deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Define and track the product’s success metrics.

• Prepare and support the partner-focused Go-To-Market (documentation, training, etc.).

🧠 Who Are You?

We are looking for a versatile talent, passionate about AI and Product, with a strong desire to learn and build.

• Technical/Scientific Background: You ideally have a higher education degree (Master’s level, Engineering School) in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Econometrics). We value analytical skills and technical understanding for this specific role.

• Relevant Experience: You have 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant role:

  • Either in Product Management for technical or ideally AI/Data/SaaS products.

  • Or in a technical role (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Tech/Data Consultant) with a strong demonstrated product aptitude and a clear desire to move into a PM role.

• Solid AI/Data Science Knowledge: You have a practical and in-depth understanding of key concepts: LLMs, RAG, NLP, model evaluation, data pipelines. You are capable of reading research papers, understanding open-source code, and discussing technical trade-offs.

• PM Skills (or Potential): You have a good understanding (or a strong ability to quickly learn) the fundamentals of Product Management: discovery, specifications, prioritization, analysis.

• Collaborator & Communicator: You know how to work effectively with engineers, explain technical concepts, and champion a product vision. Professional English is essential; French is a plus.

• Curious & Proactive: You are autonomous, enjoy solving complex problems, and are constantly keeping up with developments in AI.

• “Doer”: You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to move the product from 0.5 to 1.

Interview Process

• Step 1: CPO Interview (45-60 min, video call): Discussion about your background, your AI/Data knowledge, your understanding of the PM role, and your motivations.

• Step 2: Technical/Product Case Study (Preparation + Presentation): A practical case to assess your problem-solving approach, your technical understanding (RAG/LLM), and your product thinking.

• Step 3: Meeting with the Technical Team (60 min): A conversation with the Genius team engineers to discuss collaboration, technical approach, and mutual fit.

• Step 4: Cultural Fit & Finalization (30-45 min): A discussion to ensure good cultural alignment.
