In the heart of our vibrant Barcelona office, you will be a key member of the Employee Experience team. Collaborating closely with Aurélia, our Lead Internal Communication & Employee Experience, and partnering with Cécile and Valeria, our Office Managers based in Bordeaux and Paris, you'll be dedicated to enriching the daily experience of every Man@ who walks through our doors. Your Mission & Impact
As the Employee Experience Officer, you will:
- Ensure every employee feels welcomed and connected to ManoMano's culture through daily office management in Barcelona.
- Organize engaging activities and events that foster team belonging and encourage cross-team connections.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workspace, showcasing our identity and culture.
- Produce internal communication materials to enhance awareness of events and HR updates, helping to create an inclusive work environment.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees, ensuring they feel part of the team from day one.
Expertise We Value
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Natural aptitude for event planning and creating engaging experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapting your style to different audiences.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, PlayPlay).
- Problem-solving mindset, able to find effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is a plus.
Interview Process
