Reporting directley to the CFO, you will pilot the full FP&A scope, including :
Defining and owning the budgeting process (approach, tools, delivery). As a scale-up, to ensure both strong governance and agility, we have a "rolling" budget mindset, meaning that the yearly budget can be updated at any time during the year with the proper approvals. The role also involves regular forecasts to anticipate our financial landings.
Validate monthly financial closes.
Produce corporate reports, to shareholders, to the company leadership and to business teams, to make sure financial targets are met (revenue and costs).
Ensure the production process of financial information is secured and that the reports are aligned with best practices within our industry.
Partner with business teams to run financial analyses, business cases, improve negotiations with suppliers, and more generally help the organization make better decisions.
Run the time and project tracking required to establish R&D tax credit and R&D costs capitalization.
Own the company FP&A tool (Pigment).
Management of the FP&A team (6 people, 4 in direct report)
Note that the role combines an interesting mix of :
Statutory missions, notably in the context of the upgrade of our corporate processes, so that the company is ready for an IPO (if it decides to go down that path)
Business partnering to drive better decisions
