MISSIONS

Operating as a marketplace, ManoMano is continuously seeking for new value-added services for its sellers. We believe that advertising can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.


We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Data Assistant (Apprentice starting September) to join our talented team to help scale our early-stage Advertising for Partners team. The Operations & Data Assistant will partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate ManoMano operations and develop the key internal reporting.


This role is crucial in developing our merchandising efforts. If you love managing cross-functional stakeholders (across Sales, Marketing, Data), pushing projects forward to deliver measurable and meaningful results and finding ‘new ways of working’, then this position is for you!

(1) Operational Support:

  • Assist in day-to-day operational tasks such as data management and project coordination

  • Collaborate with various teams (Ads, Data, Commerce) to streamline processes and optimize workflows

(2) Data Management:

  • Collect, organize, and input data into relevant databases or systems

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data through regular audits and validation processes.

  • Support the analysis of operational and performance metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency.

(3) Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate reports and presentations based on operational and data analysis findings.

  • Assist in the interpretation of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


PROFILE

Coming from a Business school, you want to evolve in an e-commerce environment in a position which mixes data and analysis skills.

- You are passionate about data & e-commerce topics and want to revolutionize customer experience;

- You are ingenious and enjoy testing and experimenting new ideas to find the best solution.

- You are known for your excellent rigor, analytical skills and you have developed strong interpersonal skills;

- You are mastering Excel (Google Sheets) and ideally have notions of Google Analytics or web analytics tools.

- English & French language (verbal and written) is required. Another ManoMano language spoken (Italian, Spanish or German) is a plus.
