As a Content Integrator & Writer, you will be reporting to the Iberia Regional Manager and you will be responsible for integrating content from our outdoor professionals into our website and ensuring its quality. You will also be responsible for producing new content to promote our activities and engage with our audience.
Content Writing (75%)
Creation and integration of content from our outdoor professionals into our website and ensuring its quality
Collaborate with our team of writers and editors to ensure consistency and quality across all content
Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in outdoor activities and travel
Analysis and optimization of natural referencing of the activities - Google SEO
SEA optimization to promote higher conversions and minimize costs
Customer Service (25%)
This role involves managing bookings and handling incoming customer requests through email, chat, and phone.
Additionally, you will support the customer service team during peak periods and some weekends.
Language skills: Native Spanish & a complete proficiency in English (C1)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. journalism, communications, marketing, tourism)
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience or knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices
Passion for outdoor activities and travel
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
