👪 About the Operations team

You will be joining Paul-Louis (COO), Aiden (Head of Science), Laetitia (Head of Assessment Content and Candidate Experience), Mathilde (Assessment Content Project Manager) and Lucile & Elena (Onboarding & Customer Care Managers).

Most of their efforts are currently aiming at creating the most relevant and engaging candidate experience through a comprehensive, innovative and constantly improving test and assessment library, as well as to boost and support customer onboarding and adoption of Maki.

As Maki is gearing up for ever more exciting times and gathering more and more users, our Operations team will focus on deep-diving in the experience of both candidates and recruiters, to understand what it takes to fuel their satisfaction and foster adoption. For this, we rely on the insights we can gather through Data and the interaction with our customers and candidates. Also, we focus on leveraging AI everywhere we can to optimize and enhance our operations and services.

⚡️ At Maki, you will make an impact every day in your work thanks to your wide range of missions

Bringing our test library to life

  • Co-creating tests leveraging AI to serve customer needs and market requirements

  • Project management from topic identification to test creation, until all content is ready to be uploaded on the platform

  • Analyzing test performance and taking action based on this analysis

  • Testing and adjusting the test experience on our platform before making it publicly available to our customers and candidates

  • Adapting our tests to the evolution of the platform (new layouts, new languages, immersiveness), through collaboration with our Tech team around new features

  • Continuously improving all our processes, especially through automation and use of generative AI

Supporting GTM and OB&S teams

  • Creating on-demand customized test for our customers

  • Supporting our sales efforts, helping on the creation of the best assessments for demos and creating the WOW effect

  • Providing internal teams with key information around our tests

We want to offer the best candidate experience possible by letting everyone apply, ensuring that the process lasts ~3 weeks from the moment you get invited to the first step.

We provide feedback at each round to every candidate, either through our product or with a call from the hiring manager.

Step 2: A deeper exploration of who you are (2x45mins) 👀

If we believe you may be a good match, we’ll arrange two 45mins structured conversations with 2 members of the team to cover : Your experience, Your soft skills and Your questions

Whenever: 2 informal meetups

Through the whole process, we will additionally let you to schedule a couple 30-minute informal meetings with a few employees. These meetings (online or IRL) will be a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our team, our motivations, and ask questions!
