Maki enables companies to build intelligent, science-backed hiring strategies that predict on-the-job performance. As AI inflates CVs and overwhelms talent teams, traditional screening has become slow, biased, and inconsistent. Maki replaces this with an integrated engine that evaluates every candidate, predicts success, and improves continuously. We combine validated assessments, behavioral signals, and autonomous AI agents to make hiring faster, fairer, and more accurate at scale.
We are hiring a Partnerships Program Manager to run and scale Maki’s relationships with outsourcing firms, RPOs, and strategic consulting partners. Early pilots with global talent and advisory organizations have shown strong demand; your mission is to turn these early successes into predictable, repeatable revenue motions.
You will work closely with the CEO and a senior partnerships leader to translate strategic direction into operational excellence and scalable partner programs. You will manage a portfolio of high-value partners, structure joint initiatives, drive pipeline generation, and ensure partners know how to position and deliver Maki confidently. You will orchestrate cross-functional work across Sales, Growth, and Product; build partner enablement programs; and maintain governance across contracts, incentives, and shared metrics.
This is a foundational role at a pivotal moment. You will shape the systems, processes, and rituals that allow our partnership channel to scale globally.
Own a portfolio of 5 to 10 RPO and consulting partners.
Lead joint pipeline generation, deal registration, and co-sell motions.
Build strong relationships across partner sales, delivery, and executive teams.
Maintain governance across contracts, incentives, partner scorecards, and reporting.
Build and run partner enablement programs: onboarding, certifications, product and science training, and playbooks.
Ensure partners can position, sell, and deliver Maki’s AI engine with consistency and confidence.
Coordinate co-marketing activities such as webinars, partner events, case studies, and joint narratives.
Capture partner feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and Growth.
Turn validated pilots into structured, repeatable partner programs with clear KPIs.
Track partner-sourced ARR, influenced pipeline, enablement adoption, and program performance.
Build processes, tools, and documentation that enable scale and predictability.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals, launch new initiatives, and resolve operational blockers.
You will own some of Maki’s most strategic partner relationships.
You will sit at the intersection of commercial execution, operational rigor, and ecosystem strategy.
You will help define how Maki embeds into the workflows of global talent providers.
You will work closely with leadership and GTM teams during a moment of rapid scale.
3 to 5 years in AI, SaaS, HR tech partnerships, enterprise account management, project management or consulting.
Proven ability to structure, manage, or scale partner programs or co-sell motions.
Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing senior executives and coordinating across large partner organizations.
Commercially minded; able to connect partnership activity to revenue outcomes.
Excellent project management; able to run multi-workstream initiatives with precision.
Clear and confident communicator; strong relationship builder.
Highly organized and rigorous; able to bring structure to evolving partnership motions.
