The Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) Team at Maki is a key driver of value, impact, and long-term success for our clients. CSAMs play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption and measurable ROI of MakiPeople’s cutting-edge AI solutions, acting as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for our customers.
We’re looking for a curious and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our dynamic CSAM team. You’ll support our CSAM function by helping analyze client data, prepare performance insights, and ensure clients are getting maximum value from our platform.
This is a great opportunity to learn how leading companies use AI to optimize recruitment and to contribute meaningfully to their success, while getting an understanding of the customer-facing side of the business and the internal processes supporting client retention.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing client usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations to support customer conversations.
Help maintain accurate records across internal systems and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Learn how to navigate our AI hiring platform and support clients in understanding its impact.
Collaborate with different teams (Product, Sales, Care) to ensure a great client experience.

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
A high level of French is a plus.
