The role

  • We’re looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer.

  • This is a high-impact role - you’ll be helping grow the company from $7M to $20M ARR.

  • You’ll own growth end-to-end. Your job is to find, test, and scale what moves ARR — from acquisition channels to activation, pricing, and retention. You’ll design experiments, run them fast, measure impact, and systematize wins. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, curious, and data-driven.

What you’ll do

  • AARRR optimization: Diagnose drop-offs, define hypotheses, run A/B tests on onboarding flows, paywalls, pricing/packaging, trials, and lifecycle touchpoints.

  • New channel testing: Rapidly test and stand up acquisition channels (paid, affiliates, influencers, programmatic SEO, partnerships, API integrations, community, review sites).

  • Paid acquisition: Hands-on with Meta, Google, YouTube. Build creatives and landing pages, tighten targeting, and scale only when unit economics are proven.

  • Lifecycle & monetization: Email/SMS in-app nudges, winback, upgrade prompts, referral loops, and offers tied to user intent.

  • CRO & landing systems: Spin up and iterate pages quickly (briefs, copy, layouts, analytics), run multi-variate tests, and templatize what works.

  • Attribution & analytics: Maintain clean tracking. Build decision-ready dashboards. Quantify lift and kill weak bets quickly.

  • Growth ops: Work directly with CMO/CTO and a tight product/design/engineering loop. Document learnings and turn them into playbooks.


Requisitos

👤 Profil recherché

  • 3+ years in SaaS growth with shipped wins you can quantify

  • Strong experimentation mindset and statistical rigor

  • Fluent with analytics (PostHog/Mixpanel, GA4), dashboards, and cohort analysis

  • Comfortable building and editing landing pages and funnels; solid growth copy

  • Hands-on with paid channels and creative iteration

  • Bias to action, clear communication, high ownership
