Do you have a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for identifying top talent? Join us as our first Talent & Employer Branding Coordinator, where you’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of talent acquisition and employer branding. 

Start date - April 2024 / 6 Month Internship

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your mission is a blend of 3 areas: 

Enhance our Talent Attraction 

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including social media, career websites, and recruitment events.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to identify talent and tailor branding efforts that links to our recruitment philosophy and company culture.

  • Create compelling employer branding content, including employee testimonials, videos, blog posts, and social media campaigns, to showcase “how we hire at Le Wagon”.

Contribute to our Internal Communication

  • Opportunity to assist in weekly internal updates on Slack, our global communication platform

Coordinate our core Talent Acquisition activities and communication

  • Assist in the daily recruitment coordination activities of our global roles (CV selection, screening, phone calls and email coordination through our ATS, Team Tailor. Knowledge of BambooHR a plus!)

  • Monitor and analyze talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding efforts and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators

  • CV screening and recruitment coordination. Rapid and top quality communication with stakeholders.

  • Successful launch of blog posts, articles, or other content pieces created.

  • Website traffic generated from talent & employer branding content.

  • NPS metrics on Candidate Experience on global recruitment process.

  • Contribution to cross-functional projects or initiatives related to talent acquisition and employer branding.

  • Demonstrated growth and learning throughout the internship period.


Requisitos

This is the role for you if you are:

  • Current M2 student in Human Resource Management degree or related field

  • Experienced in social media and communications, with a strong focus on attraction and engagement metrics.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to craft c-suite presentations and visualise data through storytelling and design thinking.

  • Creative with a keen eye for visual design (Canva & Notion knowledge is a plus!) PowerPoint and Excel is even better!

  • Data-driven with experience in analyzing metrics and using insights to optimize branding strategies. Dashboard building and monitoring knowledge through project management is ideal.

  • People oriented and empathetic, with a commitment to promoting a culture of belonging in the workplace.

  • B1+ level of French is a plus!

  • Detail oriented and focused, able to deliver updates on recruitment processes and people-team projects with ease
