We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to drive the deployment and adoption of Parallel AI solutions, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the crossroads of business strategy, AI innovation and hands-on execution.

You will drive at-scale deployments across private healthcare groups, typically spanning 20 to 100 clinics.

As part of the Operations team, you’ll work closely with Sales and Product to identify priorities for private groups and deliver AI solutions tailored to their real-world needs.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex business challenges, and are passionate about turning AI potential into real-world impact. This is both a project management and highly operational role.

Missions:

Project Management

  • Lead pilot execution end-to-end, proving the value of our technology and setting the stage for scale.

  • Build playbooks, best practices, and reusable assets to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence.

  • Develop strong client relationships and drive on-site deployments.

Solution Deployment

  • Own the deployment of Parallel solution in production for private healthcare groups, ensuring scalability and impact (technical deployment, onboarding, customer success).

  • Act as the bridge between customers and Tech & Product teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product roadmap.

Key Account Management / Customer Success

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers (both decision-makers and end users), ensuring they maximize the value of Parallel solutions.

  • Monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes, and share clear progress with stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within accounts, building on initial successes to drive long-term partnerships.


Requisitos

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years experience in client-facing roles (consulting, project management or B2B operations).

  • Strong business sense and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.

  • Comfortable with complex and multi-stakeholders project management.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment.
