We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to work closely with Thomas, COO & co-founder at Kiln, and our Finance Manager Alexandre.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

1) FP&A (financial planning & analysis)

• Forecast & Budget

• Fundraise (produce supporting numbers: revenue, forecast, cost split, cash flow, balance, margins)

• Data Analytics (gathering data - currently with google sheet)

• Microstrategy, Tableau, Looker

2) Systems and financial reports

3) Commercial and product development

• Help the team in financial negotiations for large contracts

• Project work: evaluate the marketing / hiring budget’s efficiency

• Modeling product and protocol revenue

Skills & background

• Comfortable working on financial modeling & KPIs / reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)

• Strong interest in crypto and familiarity with tooling (blockchain explorers, etc.)

• Fluent in English (C1)

Ideally

• Fluent in French (B2+)

• Prior experience in a scale-up or start-up

• Knowledge of automation tools (such as Zapier)

• Being comfortable using SQL or JavaScript

• Masters level in Finance, Economics, Technology
