We are looking for our first Growth Engineer to join our dynamic Marketing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our first Growth Engineer, you will be in charge of implementing high-impact initiatives that will lead to increase Kili’s revenue.

In this cross-functional role, you will be involved in various areas such as development, business, marketing and data. Your mission will be to bring your technical skills to find the best automations and growth hacks that will help us to go faster on every AARRR framework steps (Activation, Acquisition, Retention, Referral, Revenue).

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Setup killer growth hacks that can help generate more business leads
  • Identify how to use AI tools to automate at a large scale Marketing actions and processes
  • Automate and ensure the interoperability of the various tools in the Marketing / Sales / Data stacks
  • Understand the data in the various systems and help us maintain it clean and accurate
  • Set up performance monitoring dashboards and transversal KPIs
  • Implement data scraping techniques
  • Contribute to the analysis and development of optimization paths (AARRR framework)
  • Be proactive and carry out the technical implementation of the growth experiments
  • Set up AB Tests on the website

    ABOUT YOU

    You are/have:

    Technical Skills :

  • Experience as a Full Stack software developer (3+ years minimum experience)
  •  Master no-code tools (Zapier, Integromat...), 
  • Master Python (libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Selenium), as well as data visualisation experience (Metabase is a plus),
  • Master HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL (React, Node are a plus), 
  • Data has no secret for you : you have experience in data storage systems (Postgres, Big Query, …) and you master data ingestion, transformation and data sync tools.
  • Soft skills : 

  • You have a natural curiosity for business issues: acquisition, operations, marketing, transversal projects…
  • You have a real passion for numbers and data analytics
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are curious, autonomous and like to take initiative to propose news experiments
  • Team spirit, capacity for collaboration and communication
  • Nice to have skills :

  • You master the tools of the marketing & sales stack such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and the various web analytics tools
  •
