We are looking for a Head of Growth to join our dynamic Marketing team in France.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Head of Growth, your objective will be to generate qualified opportunities and revenue from our self-serve and sales-led channels.

You'll work closely with the rest of the company, especially the CEO. You'll play a critical role in moving the company to the next level.

The scope of your actions will cover North America & Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team (internal & agencies) to execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy and drive key business metrics (MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities)
  • Define, prioritise, test, kill or scale experiments to grow our lead generation programs (including but not limited to search, display, email, paid social, content, tradeshow, website performance) to drive free trials, demo requests, and optimise funnel conversion rates.
  • Own the operations, the stack, and drive the execution of our leads nurturing & activation programs to engage prospects higher in the funnel.
  • Forecast, measure, analyse the impact of growth experiments on the pipeline and revenue and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with the broader marketing team, and with sales teams to align them with marketing efforts.

    ABOUT YOU

    We are looking for a pragmatic doer, data-driven, who will own our demand generation strategy and our operations.

    If you are a revenue-centric marketing leader that thrives on growth and scaling a modern B2B growth engine, this is the role for you!

    You have/you are :  

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT/Data/AI SaaS fast-paced technology companies
  • 3+ years experience managing external agencies, consultancies … across demand generation, growth, and marketing operations.
  • Strong capability to lead, to orchestrate, to prioritise, and to deliver
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you are not afraid to conquer the world starting from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with key tools SalesForce/Hubspot, Wordpress,...
  • Team player with leadership
  • Fluency in English or native speaker
