As a B2B Sales Operation Manager, you will play a strategic role in supporting the Sales team’s operational success. Working directly under the Head of Sales’ responsibility, you will focus on evolving, streamlining, monitoring, and reporting on sales strategy, performance, tools and processes.
This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools. You will be working closely with the Product, Sales, Care, Marketing/Growth and Finance teams.
