As IZIPIZI continues to grow internationally, we are looking for a new talent to strengthen our Wholesale Departement !
Working from our offices on rue de Calais in Paris, you oversees Izipizi’s operation within Germany & Austria and you will manage a team of sales.
You develop business and ensure profitability while managing the sales team and creating budget and forecast. You also develop and submit monthly and quarterly performance report to management.
MANAGEMENT
Recruit, train and manage sales team
Build objective plan for the sales team
Follow up sales team to ensure plan achievement (quantitative & qualitative targets)
People management (mid year & annual reviews, career evolution, training)
SALES DEVELOPMENT
Build Long Range Plan
Implementation of the sales strategy in agreement with the Izipizi philosophy (distribution network, merchandising)
Support Sales Representative in their daily tasks
Manage and develop sales with a focus on national Key Accounts
Manage organization & participation of trade fairs within the area
Quarterly report to Head of Wholesale
PROFITABILITY
Responsible for P&L : Build, follow-up and analyze
FORECAST
Build up annual business forecast (permanent & seasonal collections) twice a year
Involved in S&OP review processes on a monthly basis
MARKETING
Help to build brand image and to grow brand awareness
Help to execute local marketing plan in accordance with master marketing plan through trade marketing activations
Participation to the Go To Market & Retex processes
Ensure a strategic watch to constantly adapt company’s service
Collaborating with local press agencies
TRANSVERSAL MANAGEMENT
Co-animation of the sales community
Work closely with sales planning, sales administration, supply, finance, HR, marketing, communication, space design
2 years minimum as Sales Manager, or 5 years on a sales position, in a similar industry. Work experiences and knowledge in fashion, design and/or optical industry is a plus.
Management: Sales Managers will oversee all aspects of business operations, including recruiting, training & developing staff
Regional expertise: Sales Managers must also possess a deep understanding of their country’s local culture
Strategic planning: another key part of this role is using research to develop brand strategies and implement them to promote company products and services
Industry understanding: design, fashion, optical, kids, museum, sport; Izipizi works with a wide variety of stores
Language: German is a must have as well as English. French would be appreciated.
Software: Google for business, Salesforce and Power BI would be your day to day tools
