We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer for a brand-new role to join and expand our Data team.

🥇 Background

• Education : Master / Engineer
• Experience to design and implement efficient and scalable data pipelines
• Experience working with relational and analytics databases (PostgreSQL, AWS Athena)
• Experience working with AWS or GCP data services
• Good knowledge of lakehouse architecture
• Methodologies: Scrum, CI/CD
• Fluent in English (French practice is a plus)

🥈 Your missions

Joining the Data Platform Team, reporting to the Lead Data Engineer, your mission is to participate in facilitating access to data in order to promote scalability. You will take part in the transition from a web centric to data centric design combining Apache Beam, Iceberg, Kafka with micro-services on the cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines
• Can effectively utilize AWS or GCP and their respective services
• Provide technical expertise and demonstrate a willingness to develop skills in data processing and lakehouse architecture, our future backbone technology
• Contribute to building the company's datamarts through data modeling

To succeed in your mission, you will be part of a skilled and collaborative team working with modern data technologies. We encourage continuous learning and innovation, with dedicated time for experimentation and skill development.
