You will become part of Idalko Netherlands. Idalko is an international organization with branches in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. Our team supports customers with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Bamboo). Their challenges vary, as do our solutions! Our team consists of 18 experts, each with our own knowledge and qualities.

This Is What You Will Do As a Customer Success Manager:

  • You know how to engage with C-level executives and other decision-makers to establish new customer relationships and subsequently generate new business from these relationships. During these conversations, you identify the customer’s challenges and propose solutions.

  • Together with the customer, you create a customer success plan.

  • Through training and demos, you provide support to customers and maintain relationships.

  • Working alongside your colleagues in Sales and Consultants, you identify opportunities for new business. Additionally, you analyze customer data to ensure satisfaction with the services offered by Idalko Netherlands.

Requisitos

  • You possess strong social skills and the ability to communicate at the C-level.

  • Your listening and probing skills enable you to understand customer issues thoroughly.

  • You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • You are pleasant, interested, and have the ability to build rapport. Both customers and colleagues enjoy working with you.

  • Maintaining relationships is something you excel at, and naturally, you prioritize customer satisfaction.

  • You’re Exceptional At Having experience in customer success management or account management.

  • Having at least a bachelor’s degree. It is a plus if you have experience with SaaS platforms.
