Under the responsibility of Alexis (Lead Account Manager), you will work closely with our Sales teams across the US and France (Account Executives, Customer Success Managers & Sales Engineers).

Your main mission will be to maintain a high level of Net Dollar Retention (NDR) and prevent potential churn:

  • Fielding all expansion opportunities and renewal processes for your portfolio, working closely with your partners on the CSM team to understand potential new value areas.

  • Presenting and selling our products and services to your accounts, including facilitating demos and running presentations to C-level executives.

  • Leveraging our Marketing efforts to create a compelling value proposition with insights into how your respective accounts can maximize their relationship with GitGuardian.

  • Collaborating with AEs, Channel and Sales leaders to strategize on your sales approach.

  • Updating and maintaining client activity details in our CRM for accurate forecasting and leadership’s visibility.

  • Traveling occasionally to (key) client accounts and some external events as appropriate (anticipate approximately 10-15% travel)

  • Delivering accurate and timely sales forecasts and management reporting using Hubspot, Tableau as well as Gong, Apollo.io.

Your success is tied to our customers’ success. GitGuardian don’t see Account Managers as people who just show up before the contract ends. By helping customers achieve their desired outcomes and being present over time, renewals / upsells / cross-sells will naturally follow. You see each interaction with your customers as an opportunity to help them, gain their trust and understand their needs.


Requisitos

If you think you match at least 70% of these criteria, please apply!

You must have:

  • 2+ years experience with B2B Enterprise customers (autonomy with long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders)

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience as an Account Manager, or as an Account Executive managing long sales cycles (3-6+ months)

  • Experience having sold technical product (API, dev tool, cloud, application security, …) to technical stakeholders: you are able to take technical discussions about with them.

  • Soft skills needed include: demonstrated communication and presentation skills, ability to generate trust and build long-lasting relationships, project management skills to facilitate collaboration and information gathering from many different interlocutors both internally and externally.

  • Fluent or bilingual English level.

It’s nice if you have:

  • DevSecOps ecosystem knowledge

  • French skill
