As Travel designer, you will play a key role in developing tailor-made travel experiences for the Spanish-speaking market, working closely with travelers from their first inquiry to the end of their journey. English is necessary as well French is considered a valuable plus, allowing you to support additional requests when needed.

Based on-site in Colombo, you will be part of a local team dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized service. This role combines sales, travel design, customer support, and coordination, offering a varied and hands-on position at the heart of a local DMC.

💼 Your main missions

🧭 Sales & customer support

• Advise travelers and design personalized itineraries based on their expectations, travel style, and budget.

• Communicate with clients via the Evaneos platform, ensuring clear, warm, and professional exchanges.

• Share your destination knowledge to inspire confidence and enthusiasm.

• Guide travelers through the full booking process, from first contact to confirmation.

💼 Operations & practical management

• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations in line with agency processes.

• Handle billing and ensure financial follow-up of each file.

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth preparation of trips.

🌟 Customer care & quality during the trip

• Act as the main point of contact before and during the trip.

• Monitor trip quality and intervene proactively when needed.

• Handle complaints, cancellations, or unexpected issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Collect feedback after the trip and contribute to customer loyalty.

🌱 Responsible tourism

• Promote responsible and sustainable travel practices.

• Educate travelers on local culture, environmental impact, and respectful behavior.

• Work with eco-conscious suppliers aligned with the agency’s values.
