Our B2B Marketing & Sales Ops team is seeking a talented and motivated Content Manager apprentice to support our engagement strategy with our network of local agencies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience in content creation, project coordination, and digital marketing. As a B2B Marketing Content Manager, you will be responsible for producing compelling and informative content and contributing to content coordination and promotion efforts across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Research and develop high-quality editorial content for our B2B channels such as newsletters, blog posts, web articles, and other B2B marketing materials.

    • Write engaging and informative content that aligns with our tone of voice, brand guidelines, and target audience.

    • Collaborate with team members to generate innovative content ideas that drive engagement and provide value to our partners.

    • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and credibility of information presented in the content.

  2. Content Production Coordination:

    • Assist in managing content production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and publication of content across various channels.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the B2B brand, sales enablement, and experts, to gather input and create cohesive content strategies.

    • Coordinate with external freelancers to ensure timely submission of content pieces.

    • Proofread and edit content to maintain high quality and consistency, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.

  3. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with different internal teams to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and align content strategies with the goals of the B2B Marketing & Sales Ops team.

    • Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on content status, challenges, and opportunities.

    • Proactively contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas, suggestions, and creative solutions.

  4. Engagement Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

    • Monitor engagement performance of our partners, including through our B2B newsletters, B2B website, and e-learning platform.

    • Analyze performance data and propose content strategy improvements accordingly.

    • Share and present performance insights in team meetings.


Requisitos

You are :

  • Curious creative and proactive

  • Autonome, organized, and numerically agile

  • Interest in the travel industry.

  • Familiar with digital tools (Google Suite, Notion, content management on websites, etc.).

  • Fluent in English (have knowledge of Italian, German, or Spanish : is a plus)

You have :

  • Good interpersonal skills, a listening ability, and team spirit.

  • Experience in writing or online editorial management (blog, e-commerce website, etc.).

  • Good knowledge of web marketing/e-commerce

  • attended a business or communication school, advanced degree or master’s (Bachelor’s degree +5) - nearing completion or career change.

You are looking for a 1 year apprenticeship starting in September 2023.
