Role snapshot

Reporting to the Sourcing Lead, the Junior Sourcing Specialist supports Enky’s sourcing activity across New Product, Vintage, and Second Hand. This role suits someone who already has some exposure to sourcing, buying, or supplier coordination, and is motivated to build stronger responsibility within a structured sourcing function.

You play an active role in keeping sourcing pipelines organized, product data reliable, and inventory flows coordinated, while supporting Sales and Project Managers with clear, accurate product information.

What you will do

New product

• Support the management of the new product sourcing pipeline

• Participate in fairs, showroom visits, and supplier presentations

• Maintain price lists, lead times, and product documentation

• Prepare inputs for monthly catalog reviews

• Organize vendor information and support onboarding workflows

• Contribute initial product suggestions and comparisons

Vintage & second hand

• Support sourcing activity across vintage and second-hand streams

• Help expand and maintain vendor and broker networks

• Support first-pass screening of inbound offers (brand fit, category fit, basic price logic)

• Coordinate with Operations on transport planning and inventory intake

• Ensure documentation, tagging, and condition notes are accurate

Sales enablement

• Support Sales and PMs with product specifications from Enky’s catalog and stock

• Provide information on dimensions, finishes, lead times, and alternatives

• Keep product documentation spec-ready and easy to access

• Maintain clean, reliable data in Notion and Google Sheets

• Support client-ready specifications with accurate product details

• Assist with basic price and availability checks

• Track priority and quick-ship items

• Handle routine supplier follow-ups

• Support buying reviews and catalog meetings

• Some experience or exposure to sourcing, buying, procurement, or supplier coordination

• Strong interest in furniture and design, with basic design literacy

• Awareness of vintage and second-hand market dynamics

• Highly organized, reliable, and execution-focused

• Comfortable working with structured tools

• Clear communication in English and French
