Job description
Overall
Competitive and Marketing Intelligence
Identify business opportunities by deepening the knowledge of the client’s needs
Follow up on KPI’s and continuous improvement initiatives
Business development
Develop business strategy to enhance growth with existing clients
Create and nurture a good relationship with the client’s of your perimeterProspect leads to identify and generate sales opportunities
Follow up on the development of our consultants with the different clients
Recruitment & Management
Contribute to define the recruitment strategy based on your needs, and guide recruitment teams to achieve results
Participate in the recruitment process of candidates through interviews
Provide support to the recruitment team in the search and recruitment of profiles
Manage and follow up the relationships with the consultants of your perimeter, by defining career path and guiding the relationship with their clients
Preferred experience
A personality! Someone who is self-driven, perseverant, with a crazy desire to get involved, to have an impact, and to participate in an ambitious entrepreneurial project within a passionate and motivated team
Strong business acumen, willing to develop a “Sales mindset”
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly organized and results-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar field would be a plus
Fluent in French and English are a must. Any other languages (Spanish, German, Italian) would be a plus
