Job Description / Responsibilities
The overall objective of our SALES MANAGER CAPEX is to drive Echosens sales in Spain through a combination of prospection, lead generation and business development in collaboration with other stakeholders of the sales team
Business development:
· Prospect new markets and potential customers
· Participate in regional, national and international congresses
· Establish regular commercial reporting on Salesforce (meetings, demos, visits, conferences, training)
· Maintain opportunities entered under our CRM (salesforce.com)
· Develop sales of Echosens products & services in the area
· Impulse our installed base renewal
· Analyse and anticipate customer needs
· Organize and manage commercial projects with the help of the sales team
· Innovate and propose solutions for the region and for his colleagues in the sales team
· Organize and perform product training (training and installation)
· Partner with the service team in order to provide maintenance coverage
· Achieve sales targets set each year
· Manage calls for tenders.
· Build and maintain relationships with local relevant Key Opinion Leaders and physicians’ associations, as well as patient associations
You have a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in sales development in an environment of medical solutions or equipment, and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). A sales experience in medical Capital Equipment or Ultrasound would be preferred. Knowledge of the gastroenterology and/or endocrinology field is not required but would be valued.
Master the CRM Salesforce is required.
You have deep knowledge of Spanish business behaviours and countries’ specifics. You are fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Portuguese would be an advantage.
You will be Barcelone home office based and must be able to travel nationally and internationally up to 70% of the time.
