Your role at Dynatrace

As a member of the R&D Assistant team, you are far more than an assistant — you are a highly valued contributor. You play a critical role in coordinating key intersections, managing complex tasks with efficiency, and directly influencing the overall performance and effectiveness of the R&D department. You will support executive leaders within the organization and handle sensitive and confidential information, ensuring the highest level of discretion across your key responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar management 

  • You will provide sophisticated calendar management for the R&D leadership team to optimize time management.
  • You will make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
  • You will ensure smooth processes at intersections of the different functional areas of the leaders.
  • You will support by understanding overlaps in their projects and key areas.

Meetings & Project assistance 

  • Your role is to see the big picture when it comes to effective time management.
  • You will need to assist with structuring meetings, defining goals and drafting agendas.
  • You will support the leadership team with preparations for upcoming meetings by collecting, prioritizing and preparing information/presentations.
  • You will attend and assist the leadership team during meetings by capturing key discussion pointsoutcomes and next steps to facilitate follow-up.
  • You will act as a sparring partner for the leaders you support by exercising your own judgement about processes and ongoing projects to identify potential for improvement.
  • As part of your role, you will have to act pro-actively and will initiate small projects as needed.

Travels & Expense management 

  • You will pro-actively plan and organize business trips of the leadership team that you support, including offsite events, conferences and key customer meetings.
  • You will handle everything regarding expense tracking and management via Concur expense system.

What will help you succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar assistance role.
  • You are tech-savy and a fast learner when it comes to understanding and using different applications and tools.
  • You had project management focus in your education and/or previous positions.
  • You have high organizational skills, and an independent way of working distinguishes you.
  • You are an extrovertedpro-active personality with a high sense of customer service orientation who enjoys taking on challenging tasks.
  • You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and discretion characterize you.
  • You have high proficiency in English (written and spoken) and excellent German skills on a C2 Level.

Compensations and rewards

  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. 
  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 50.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
