About Dust

We're creating a new AI operating system that has the potential to change the way companies operate. Our mission at Dust is to transform how work gets done by letting any team and employee shape the exact agents they need to accelerate their jobs.

With 70%+ weekly active users, people stick with Dust as much as they do with Slack and Notion. We already are a core part of their jobs.

We are at an exciting stage of our journey. We‘ve raised our Series A, expanded in the US, and hit the $1m and $2m ARR milestones in 2024; we aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2025.

Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping fast, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so.

TL;DR

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager who can help our customers onboard seamlessly on Dust and start creating value for their team from the get-go. This position combines elements of customer success, product enablement, and educational content creation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about training users, both in face-to-face and e-learning settings, helping them unlock Dust’s full potential and shaping our onboarding experience as we grow rapidly.

Joining Dust also means pioneering a new form of Customer Onboarding. As a GenAI-native company, Dust aims to illustrate how GenAI can help redefine the experience customers can expect from software and how customer onboarding teams can be designed with GenAI in mind.

You’ll contribute to building a new product and category from the ground up in a fast-paced environment that encourages a doer attitude and ownership over outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and optimize the full customer onboarding journey (60-90 first days) by:

    • Aligning with customers to define onboarding goals and tailored plans that align with their business objectives.

    • Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to first-time users

    • Deep-diving into technical features with more advanced users

    • Identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases with vertical teams

    • Monitoring adoption metrics, tracking onboarding KPIs, and proactively addressing blockers to accelerate value realization.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and to continuously refine onboarding processes.

  • Create Customer Education content: Create high-quality, engaging content that helps users understand and fully leverage the platform. This includes identifying content needs, helping write guides and building our e-learning platform from the ground up.

  • Be the voice of our users at Dust. Provide insights on their experience to shape our product in the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or enablement roles, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to quickly learn new technical concepts

  • Demonstrated experience creating educational content (documentation, video tutorials, or training materials) for technical products

  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • Experience training enterprise customers, both in-person and virtually

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and French

We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris and San Francisco, valuing the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
