Doctolib is looking for a Talent development Senior Manager responsible for building and anchoring the company vision of Doctolibers' performance, career evolution and leaders' development.

By designing, maintaining and ensuring the highest adoption of Doctolib key People products (Performance products, Development products, Manager & Leadership Academy...), the Head of Talent Development ensures Doctolibers - especially managers and high-potential talents - are equipped to grow, lead, and deliver high impact in a dynamic, user-first and healthtech culture.

What you’ll do

Reporting to our People development & Culture Director, member of our extended People Leadership team and leading a team of 6, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Shape a high-performance, feedback-driven culture : Design and scale performance management rituals that drive accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across Doctolib. Own and refine our Quarterly reviews, Yearly assessments, Talent reviews, and Promotion committees to ensure they evolve with our growth and consistently raise the bar.
  • Increase Talent density : Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams, business leaders, and C-level executives on talent strategy and succession planning. Roll out new initiatives with clarity and empathy, leveraging people analytics, pulse surveys, and feedback loops to measure impact and adapt programs to Doctolibers' needs. Your goal: systematically increase talent density across the organization.
  • Enable career growth and internal mobility : Build transparent career frameworks and scalable internal mobility programs that empower Doctolibers to own their development. Own and evolve our Career Path, Career Hub, and Internal Mobility products to create clear growth opportunities at all levels.
  • Accelerate Manager, Women, and Leadership Development : Create and scale targeted learning experiences, peer communities, and coaching programs for managers and leaders. Integrate DEI into talent pipelines and leadership development strategies. Own our Manager & Leadership Academy and Women Leadership programs, ensuring diverse and world-class people leadership across Doctolib.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team : Coach your team of 6 to achieve ambitious goals while fostering their growth and career progression. Set the right team design to meet current and future needs, actively participate in hiring, and cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration that reflects Doctolib's values and commitment to belonging.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • Have a previous experience as HRBP / HR manager
  • Have management / leadership training and / or facilitation skills
  • Are able to use data and KPIs to shape HR roadmaps and AI to scale your impact
  • Have already been running IPO’s and / or lead PMI
  • Have experienced experience in working in matrix organisation, leading both global and local approach
  • Have worked in the Healthcare sector

Job details

  • Permanent position
  • Full Time
  • Workplace: Levallois-Perret (92, headquarter)
  • Hybrid mode: 3 days onsite per week
  • Start date: as soon as you are available
  • Compensation: fix + bonus on objectives (according to your profile)
