B2B Solutions are at the heart of Deezer’s DNA and are one of the main drivers of our growth. Deezer has an ambitious strategic plan to scale its in-store and enterprise music solutions business through Deezer Business, enabling brands across Retail, Hospitality, Fitness, F&B, and Enterprise environments to power their physical spaces with licensed, compliant, and fully managed professional music services.

Through Deezer Business, Deezer provides end-to-end solutions that combine curated music programming, rights-cleared content, enterprise-grade technology, and centralized multi-site management, helping businesses enhance customer experience, strengthen their brand identity, and drive operational efficiency.

We are looking for a Manager - Deezer Business, to accelerate the growth of this business across verticals. The successful candidate will manage sales and operational work.

This role works cross-functionally with Product, Editorial, Legal, Finance and external partners to deliver a seamless experience for professional clients. It reports directly to the Head of Deezer Business

What you will do ?

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new opportunities across retail chains, hospitality groups, restaurants, cafes and public venues

  • Build and deliver commercial proposals

  • Navigate decision-making structures (HQ, franchisees, procurement, IT, operations) and engage with stakeholders to drive deal closure

  • Own and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent follow-up, upsell opportunities, and long-term retention

  • Actively represent Deezer Business in market conversations and networking events

  • Manage the deployment of Deezer Business from needs assessment to full activation

  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth, compliant and timely implementation

  • Monitor day-to-day service performance and provide structured reporting


Requisitos

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, ideally within SaaS and retail solutions

  • Hands-on experience with operational follow-up, coordinating service deployment for enterprise clients

  • Highly organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts, deployments, and internal workflows simultaneously

  • Self starter, fast learner, with a start up spirit

  • Autonomous and multi-tasking

  • Proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate client needs, identify service gaps, and coordinate internal teams to resolve them

  • Fluency in French and English.
