We are looking for an AI Implementation Manager to join our Delivery team in Paris. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our cutting-edge AI technology and our global customers. You will play a central role in ensuring that our intelligent automation solutions, which analyze 20M+ images annually, are successfully integrated into the daily workflows of 30,000 field technicians.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment lifecycle, ensuring that our AI capabilities (API and services) deliver tangible ROI for our customers while collaborating closely with our internal engineering, product, and sales teams.

About Us

Achieving universal broadband equity and meeting net zero carbon emissions are two of the biggest social and environmental challenges that the IQGeo team is tackling. To achieve this, more than 500 innovative telecommunications and utility companies around the world are “building better networks” using our award-winning geospatial software to deploy the fiber optic and distributed energy networks of the future. We play a vital role in helping utilities plan, design, construct and maintain the complex network assets essential to the success of our businesses and well-being of our communities. As a carbon neutral software company, we invite creative and talented people to join us in our mission to transform communication and utility networks for the long-term sustainability of our shared planet. • Change Management: implement concrete actions to ensure that users adopt the solution on the field

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables and conduct thorough testing to validate that solutions meet client requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and collaborate with the Product team to drive improvements in our implementation processes and products.

  • Attend onboarding and master product training.

  • Shadow experienced team members and take ownership of your first implementation project.

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Lead implementation projects independently and solve specific technical and operational challenges.

  • Collaborate with clients to define action plans based on desired business outcomes.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Successfully deliver multiple implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adoption of our solutions.
