What you’ll achieve

As the AI Programme Manager, you will become part of Dedalus's innovative AI Team, working with our development teams and change management teams making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Lead and motivate diverse teams of developers, engineers and other technical personnel towards common goals.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives and deliverables.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve the project goals – this could include for example collaborating with DevOps, security, and platform teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into CI/CD pipelines and IDEs

  • Collaborate with our Learning & Development team as well as external partners to build and scale engaging enablement content, run workshops, and provide documentation on AI tools.

  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Regularly communicate project status, progress, and any changes to all relevant parties.

  • Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering change management projects across technical teams in a complex organisation

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies.

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.

  • Strong understanding of AI and what it can do when applied to the internal processes of a software development company

  • Demonstrated ability to indirectly lead and motivate diverse teams

  • Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders in a complex organisation.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience with AWS and Azure Cloud platforms.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity principles.

  • Advanced degree in a related field.

  • Additional languages at a proficient level: German, Italian or French.

  • Awareness of AI governance, responsible AI innovation and ethics
