Descripción del puesto

Dataiku is The Universal AI Platform™, giving organizations control over their AI talent, processes, and technologies to unleash the creation of analytics, models, and agents. Providing no-, low-, and full-code capabilities, Dataiku meets teams where they are today, allowing them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.

The Revenue Acceleration & Enablement team is the engine that powers our global sales force. Our mission is to equip our sales professionals with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed and drive revenue growth.

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to support our team's strategic initiatives, with a special focus on leveraging the Dataiku platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping us deliver high-quality enablement programs and trainings, optimize the use of key technological tools throughout the sales process, and track & measure our performance. You will gain hands-on experience with a leading AI and machine learning platform while contributing directly to the effectiveness of a high-performing sales organization.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

Optimize Our Enablement Tech Stack

  • Manage licenses, automations, and user access across platforms like Outreach, Gong, Highspot and Mindtickle.
  • Run targeted adoption programs to get the right tools in the right hands at the right moment in the sales process.
  • Track and measure impact of tech stack on productivity of sales teams and provide recommendations for further automation and optimization.

Bring Training Programs to Life

  • Coordinate logistics: scheduling, vendor management, and on-the-ground support during live workshops.
  • Collaborate with program managers to create workbooks, session materials, and interactive content.
  • Survey and interact with participants to source feedback and make recommendations to improve their experience and learning.

Drive Impact through Content

  • Work with content program managers and cross-functional partners to structure, upload and maintain content in Highspot and Mindtickle.
  • Maintain governance—making sure our sales content stays accurate, relevant, and easy to find.

Collaborate across Functions

  • Work cross-functionally with team members from Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support GTM initiatives.
  • Play a part in how a GTM strategy is executed and rolled out in large, global organizations.

End of Internship Presentation to Dataiku Executives

Alongside the incredible work you will do to understand and help optimize Dataiku via the Revenue Acceleration & Enablement team, we hope you will find areas for improvement that you can share with us at the end of your internship - and let us bring your vision to life to help Dataiku be even better!

Some example projects could include but are not limited to: Changes to Optimizing our GTM In-Person Training called Showtime; Gamification/Certification Program for Internal Adoption; Supporting and Creating Assets for the GTM from the Competition Team.

What You’ll Gain

  • Global Impact: Contribute to enablement programs that reach teams across EMEA, AMER, and APJ, directly shaping how hundreds of individual contributors learn, sell, and succeed.
  • Enablement Tech Skills: Gain hands-on experience with leading sales enablement platforms and learn how to manage a tech stack that drives adoption at scale.
  • Program Delivery & Management: Support the planning and execution of global training initiatives, developing real-world program management skills.
  • Content Strategy: Learn how world-class GTM teams organize, govern, and maintain high-impact sales content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, operations, and enablement leaders to bring strategic initiatives to life.
  • Mentorship & Networking: Build meaningful connections with experienced professionals in sales, revenue acceleration & enablement and GTM strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack & desire for making processes run smoothly.
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and curious about how technology can improve the way people work.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset—happy to roll up your sleeves while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desire to understand how things work inside of an organization, and have new and creative ideas of how to make it better.
  • Excellent attention to detail—you notice the little things that make big programs run smoothly.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms like Highspot, Mindtickle, or similar content/learning management systems.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
