MONTHLY REMUNERATION : 2449€ (non-contractual allowance set by decree and order, the amount of which may vary notably depending on the evolution of the reference scale, the location of the mission, and the cases of reductions provided for by the texts)
Dashdoc has just opened a new subsidiary in Madrid. Integrated into a team of 5 people, your contribution and that of the team will help conquer the Spanish market.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients in Spain. The goal is to train and support your clients during their onboarding so that they can benefit from our tool as quickly as possible.
🎯 Your Missions :
Establish a trusting relationship with client teams and ensure their satisfaction.
Train and support your clients during their onboarding so that they are fully operational with Dashdoc within 3 months.
Reduce the churn rate.
Contribute to product improvement by sharing client feedback and participating in customer support.
Contribute to user satisfaction by participating in customer support.
🌟 Before your mission in Spain, we would like the candidate to spend 2 weeks in our offices in Paris. The goal of this onboarding is to :
- Train the candidate on our tools and methodologies.
- Ensure a complete understanding of our offer and the functioning of the company.
- Have a clear alignment on the objectives, expectations, and values of Dashdoc.
This immersion period will allow the candidate to start their mission in Spain with a complete mastery of the challenges and tools.

🧩 What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Spanish & French (spoken and written); English is a plus
Driving license (category B) and willing to travel (up to 2 days/month)
Written and verbal communication skills (to lead client training sessions)
Interpersonal skills : active listening, proactivity and detail-oriented, with the ability to propose effective solutions - A first experience in project management
