Job description

ABOUT D-EDGE :
Have you ever booked a hotel online? Then you’ve probably used D-EDGE without knowing it.
Every day, we help more than 17,000 hotels worldwide to develop their online visibility and sales through a range of SaaS and digital marketing solutions.
Amongst the 480 D-EDGERS, the R&D team is made up of a hundred or so enthusiasts who are reinventing hotel booking for both the traveller and the hotelier.
As a subsidiary of the Accor group, D-EDGE simplifies the life of independent hotels and hotel chains alike.

ROLE :
Within the Parisian Studio and under the responsibility of the studio director, your main mission is to carry out projects for the creation of responsive hotel websites, from their design phase to their online launch.

MISSIONS /

  • Collect, analyse and identify customer needs
  • User journey design and wireframe
  • Creation of workload estimates and planning with the different teams
  • Definition of the brief and the specifications (functional and technical specifications)Coordination and support of the various project stakeholders (designer, developer, account manager)
  • Testing and QA on pre-production sites
  • After the launch, monitoring of the website and analysis of the achievements with the analytics team and proposals for optimisation
  • Delivery of the site on time / within the scope agreed with the client
  • Communication with the client, via steering and progress monitoring meetings
  • You are also able to handle the back-end technical aspects of the development and evolution of the projects you carry out.

Preferred experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bac+4 minimum in marketing, distribution, digital or customer experience, You have a minimum of 2 years experience in web project management, where you have used a CMS.
  • You have already led a project from conception to deployment
  • You have a strong UX / SEO / Wordpress background
  • You have strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills
  • You are familiar with the Sketch/Balsamiq UX mock-up prototyping tools
  • You are recognised for your ability to listen, your rigour, your organisation, your punctuality and a good sense of synthesis. You are curious and resourceful
  • You know how to handle emergency situations calmly.
  • You enjoy working on multi-projects in an international environment
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different people (designers, developers, account managers, IT, products, directors, etc.)
  • Fluent English required and German highly appreciated
