We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, with a particular focus on driving lead generation and pipeline growth efficiently. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to implement innovative marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

💻 What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify key target audiences and segments within the B2B space and devise tailored marketing approaches to reach them effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, landing pages, and ad creatives optimized for lead generation and conversion.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine messaging, targeting, and creative elements for maximum impact.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Drive qualified leads and opportunities through targeted marketing efforts, focusing on increasing the efficiency of the lead generation process.
  • Monitor lead acquisition costs, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with the sales funnel and support lead nurturing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the performance marketing budget effectively, allocating resources based on projected ROI and strategic priorities.
  • Monitor campaign spending and ROI to ensure budget adherence and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • 🎯 What you will bring:

  • Around 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 focus on B2B lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
