We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany cover the Spanish market.
ChooseMyCompany is a french company that was launched in 2011 with the conviction that gathering opinions from the employees is key to improve work conditions and wellbeing in a company.
ChooseMyCompany sells to any kind of company a powerful SaaS (software as a service) that aims at:
Gathering informations about the wellbeing of its employees and clients
Analysing these informations in order to get a clear picture of where you are
Help you deep dive all dimensions and identify strong impact measures to improve wellbeing in your company
Provide a Score that would gather all engagement dimensions in one to help you build extra financial reports
Sharing key informations about your organization (including on social media)
🔥 Your mission will consist of:
Drive CMC’s presence across the HR ecosystem by actively engaging in forums, conferences, and industry events.
Generate new business by signing both Freemium (“Get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid SaaS subscriptions for labels and analytics).
Upsell Freemium customers to Premium by delivering compelling, tailored product demonstrations.
Build strong relationships with clients to maximize retention and long-term growth.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute the award ceremony, ensuring a seamless and impactful event experience
Therefore, you will have a huge impact on how the future will look, we will ask you to get involved in strategic choices. You’ll have to take responsibility and ownership of the sales process and build the core of the Spanish office.

Profile:
The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria (and if not, but you are motivated by the project, do not hesitate to contact us anyway):
You have initial sales experience (~3 years or more), have some previous sales successes and can present them.
You have European nationality or the possibility of obtaining a work permit in the country.
Spanish is your native language and you are fluent in English.
