MISSIONS

As the Events & Partnerships Project Manager, your mission involves:

Partnerships Management

  • Maintain relationships with a portfolio of Ecosystem partners to ensure that all possible synergies are considered. You will oversee those partners, with the support of the Head of Global Engagement, in case of particular need.

  • Participate in the development of the global pool of organisations from civil society that are partnering with ChangeNOW (NGOs, foundations, global networks, associations, networks, incubators, accelerators, citizen initiatives).

  • Develop partnership opportunities with strategic partners defined in advance with the Head of Global Engagement.

  • On an ongoing basis, identify rising actors of the ecosystem in Europe.

  • Cross-team coordination on communication.

  • Oversee all ChangeNOW supports where Major Ecosystem / Ecosystem / Friends partners are present (website, digital platform).

Events coordination

  • Manage the organization of certain events organized by a partner at the Summit or outside the Summit: logistics and production (cocktails, community gatherings, meetups, workshops, or others).

  • Drive the execution of specific event formats at the Summit, such as thematic meetups, meetups, and partners’ booths.


Requisitos

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience

  • Project management: ability to manage a schedule, meet deadlines and follow-up with project stakeholders

  • Significative experience in building long-lasting partnerships

  • Good knowledge of the global impact ecosystem

  • Entrepreneurial culture

Qualities

  • Excellent level of English (native or bilingual)

  • Good level of French

  • Representation skills: oral fluency to address high level profiles

  • Very good listening, interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Seriousness, autonomy, and result orientation

Interests

  • Strong interest in environmental and social innovation

  • Ready to get fully involved in the adventure and to make the impact topics radiate on a large scale!
