ChangeNOW organizes the world’s largest event for the planet, as well as a series of thematic events throughout the year. We bring together the key changemakers of our time – companies, institutions, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and investors – to accelerate positive change and ecological transition.
Over the years, we’ve developed strong partnerships with companies leading the shift towards sustainability in their industries. As our impact grows, we are expanding our Corporate Partnerships team and looking for a mission-driven Partnerships Coordinator to support the development and management of these strategic collaborations.
Working closely with our Corporate Partnerships team, you will help drive the success of the ChangeNOW Summit by identifying and engaging new corporate partners to support the event. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting research and market analysis on sustainability trends, corporate strategies, and innovations across various industries
Assessing potential new partners who reach out to us: understanding their objectives and needs, defining the role they could play in the summit, and designing tailored partnership proposals
Managing a prospecting campaign: ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining alignment with ChangeNOW’s editorial vision
Identifying and approaching new companies for potential partnerships: analyzing their needs and challenges, securing meetings, crafting customized proposals, and leading negotiations
As the event approaches, you will also take the lead in supporting your confirmed partners by:
Coordinating the operational aspects of their participation in the event, including logistics, visibility, communications, and speaking opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams (Solutions, Content, Communications, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with both partner expectations and ChangeNOW’s mission
Experience
You have around 3 years of professional experience in roles such as key partnership development, business development, sponsorship, or similar
Experience in dealing with large groups and C-level profiles
Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail
Autonomous, reliable, and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset
Analytical and listening skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Fluent in French (native or near-native) and English
