→ Your mission

Manage and develop a Key Accounts portfolio (post deployment), with a sales analytical approach to increase business retention, GMV / Business and reduce the churn.

→ Responsibilities

→ Business Management

Identify the best organization to manage and scale monthly / quarterly reviews with the executive committees (Regional Directors - Operation Directors - Human Resources Director etc.).
Build and manage businesses that are not 100% activated.
Work on churners by using data to increase the number of monthly active sites.
Develop a strong network with the stakeholders to sustain relationships with the key accounts.
Partner with the key account deployment team to successfully manage the transition with new accounts.

→ Project Management

Gather and share customer product feedback to the relevant teams.
Work closely with the product team to launch new features and ensure that it is well implemented within the accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing and communication department to build a library of customer testimonials.
Provide forecast and track key account metrics.


Requisitos

If you have..

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Key account manager
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
Very strong resilience skills.
A proven track record and a focus on hitting targets.
A highly positive and contagious energy.
Demonstrated an ability to work autonomously.


Proceso de selección

  • Call Interview with Rémi, our KA Team Manager, to get to know you a little better and answer any questions you may have about the position, Brigad’s values & mission and the recruitment process.

  • Interview in our office with Rémi and Fabien, our Head of Sales Europe. This will include a case study.

  • Core values in-person interview with our HR manager (including a C-Level executive!)
