ENTER THE GAME

Tech teams at Betclic are organized around agile development principles and are structured into autonomous Squads and Tribes, each responsible for a specific functional and technical domain. Thanks to this organization, you'll take full ownership of your projects from start to finish: development, delivery, and production monitoring.

By joining one of our Betclic teams, you'll become part of a Fullstack team where you'll enjoy the autonomy to grow by working alongside Backend and Frontend developers, testers, and other complementary skillsets.

As a Kotlin Developer Apprentice, within one of our Squads, you'll be responsible for building the best possible experience for our users through the quality of your work and by improving existing code.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

As a Tech Change Manager Assistant, you'll support transversal initiatives aiming to boost skills development, maximise collaboration across tech teams and improve people-centric processes.

You'll be involved in project support, learning and internal communication for Tech department, working closely with HR teams.

Projects & Change Management :

  1. Help to build adoption plans (communication, training,…) for tech transversal projects
  1. Contribute to the design of engaging workshop formats and collaborative activities
  2. Monitor monthly KPI on transversal projects & change roadmap
  3. Maintain up-to-date documentation

Learning :

  1. Identify tech learning needs and recommend appropriate training formats, in collaboration with training department
  1. Collect feedback and analyze training effectiveness to continuously improve the Tech catalogue
  2. Support the organization and follow-up of communities of practices by techno
  1. Research and suggest new learning tools and practices to address hybrid ways of working

Communication :

  1. Help organize and promote internal events such as tech talks, community of practices, trainings
  2. Follow-up and communicate on Tech external conferences, with global communication team
  3. Look for innovative ways to communicate on tech initiatives

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are currently pursuing a Bac +4/+5 degree in project management/change management or human resources
  • You are interested in Tech and digital trends. Knowledge of agile practices is a plus
  • You enjoy collaborating across multiple teams
  • You demonstrate strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • You are curious and proactive, eager to learn and experiment
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally with collaborative tools (ie. Confluence, Sharepoint...)
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You have a proficient level of English – Both written and spoken
  • WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

    If your application is selected, Maxime will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening call (30 minutes). You will then be invited to complete the AssessFirst test (covering personality, motivations, and cognitive abilities).

    Next, you'll meet with your future manager Aurélie.

    Finally, you'll have a final HR interview with Maxime, where you'll also review and discuss your AssessFirst results together.

    To ensure a smooth and candidate-friendly experience, the Betclic recruitment process typically takes between 4 to 6 weeks.
