Under the guidance of the “Deal Analyst Senior Leader”, she / he will be part of a team focus on reviews & analysis of music distribution deals as well providing tool enabling the business to assess those deals. This team is part of Central Finance, covering all geographies & all business lines of Believe. Her / his missions will be to:

Review and approve deals through the “Sales Force workflow” by:

  • ensuring that deals are compliant
  • analyzing risks & profitability
  • setting a memo summarizing the deal & providing our recommendations

Provide tools & support (deals modelling) to the business assessing deals before submission and before signing

Assist and support sales teams in deals structuration regarding financials (metrics & risks appreciation)

Requisitos

With a higher education (such as a business or engineering school, or a postgraduate diploma in management control), you have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in controlling, auditing, or consulting.

During your experience, you have acquired the following skills:

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical

• Good writing and communication skills: this job is indeed exposed to Top management through the deal validation process as well as in direct contacts Sales & business teams which implies strong communications skills

• Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required

• Rigor and a pursuit of excellence

• Autonomy and proactivity

• Ability to work on multiple projects and in a changing environment

• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
