This is not a purely technical or internal role — you will operate at the intersection of:

You will lead end-to-end implementations, ensuring that complex financial solutions are delivered with excellence.

🧩 What you’ll do

• Lead the implementation of Basikon solutions in banks and financial institutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients (business and IT stakeholders).

• Drive project governance, planning, and execution.

• Manage:

  • Scope, timelines, and budget

  • Risks and dependencies

  • Change requests and priorities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional, technical, integrations).

• Ensure high-quality delivery in complex and regulated environments.

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

• Support clients in the transformation of their credit and financial product operations.

🧠 What we’re looking for

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology delivery.

• Proven track record leading implementation projects in banking or financial services.

• Strong experience in projects involving:

  • Core banking systems

  • Lending platforms / credit solutions

  • Financial product implementation

• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.

• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Skills & mindset

• Strong leadership and client-facing presence.

• Ability to navigate both strategic discussions and operational execution.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Structured, pragmatic, and results-driven.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Languages

• Spanish: native or fluent

• English: high level (mandatory)

• French: a strong plus
