As a future Junior Financial Fund Manager, you will report to the Head of Operational Financial Fund Manager, and you will be part of AXA IM PRIME business unit.

With €30 billion of alternative investments under management and a team of seasoned investment professionals committed to proactive ESG and strict risk management criteria, AXA IM Prime is committed to transparency and reliability. The company manages €5 billion of commitments annually over the next three years and has 70+ employees across three offices.

As a key member supporting a team of 6, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of operations linked to the financial management of alternative funds.

The key responsibilities of this role span across various areas:

Set-Up of the Funds

• Lead the set-up of new funds or compartments
• Liaise with third-party service providers
• Coordinate KYC and AML requests
• Guide approval processe

Financial Management Activities

• Manage capital calls and distributions to Limited Partners
• Steer fund liquidity
• Monitor cash positions of funds
• Oversee the transfer of investments

Portfolio Monitoring

• Track and analyze fund performance and risk indicators

Investor Relationship

• Coordinate investor requests
•  Produce investor reports
• Contribute to board meetings and internal committee

Governance

• Ensure adherence to governance standards
• Maintain process documentation

SHARE your unique expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Experience in project management or within the middle office team of an asset manager
• Ideally first experience in fund setup, investor relations, and governance 
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal abilities, team-spirit

• Reliability and integrity
