AXA Health International is a new structure within the Health Division of AXA which will put together all the teams involved in cross-border health and protection insurance and reinsurance. Design, manage and report the Risk Appetite Framework.
Our team is supporting the definition and implementation of AXA Health Strategy and more specifically on the following topics
* Monitoring and drive strategic transformation initiatives for AXA Health.
* Performing adhoc strategic analysis as need be.
In our team, projects typically encompass the identification and implementation of solutions for strategic topics entailing complex and diverse issues such as legal, regulatory or commercial matters and requiring the project leader to be able to understand and adjust to a very diverse range of topics and navigate the AXA organisation.
The Project Leader will have the following responsibilities:
* Overall monitoring of AXA Health strategic program and action plan on behalf of the AXA Health Excom.
* He/ She will contribute to the team’s other assignments such as ad hoc strategic or feasibility analysis or other projects.
He/she will interact with different contributors and stakeholders: Excom members, Business teams (Business development and Underwriting), Risk Management, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Finance department, Corporate Finance, other AXA entities, external consultants, depending on the type of projects.

* Fluent in English and in French.
* At least 7 to 10 years professional experience, preferably in project management or consulting.
* Experience in a specific business field (Underwriting, operations, finance, or Insurance).
* Strong command of powerpoint and ability to produce and present synthetic and quality documents at Excom level.
* Pragmatism and intellectual agility and appetite to take on diversified subjects, from strategic to operational, legal to business.
* Strong sense of initiative, autonomy and can-do attitude.
* Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and foster good relationships , relying on well-developed negotiation and influencing skills.
