Join Altitude, a part of AXA Climate, as a Key Account Manager (KAM/CSM). In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and managing all discussions with them. You will also identify new business opportunities and manage the delivery of any additional projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, be business-oriented, and have a strong understanding of sustainability and climate issues.

Altitude is part of AXA Climate, who has developed complete business lines to help tackle climate change adaptation (Climate School, Insurance, Consulting for Industry/Agri/Finance/Public sector). Globally, we are a team of 200 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. After 3 years of consulting strongly relying on data and modeling, we launched an innovative product to keep growing and maximize our positive impact: Altitude.
Altitude is a SaaS product, publicly released in September 2022. It is a platform dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds, enabling risk screening in pre-acquisition Due-Diligence, and enabling portfolio monitoring for reporting (such as TCFD). It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated. The Altitude team is growing fast and already composed of 12+ people. We are an autonomous team within AXA Climate, working closely with the consulting teams dedicated to investment funds.
We have already signed more than 20 clients in 10 months, and are targeting much more by the end of 2023. Hence we are looking for our first Customer Success Manager to build the processes, and take care of our new clients.

Your mission

The Key Account or Customer Success Manager (KAM/CSM) is the owner of our relations with our clients. The KAM is the main point of contact of the client. As such you will have three main roles:
1. Ensure we deliver properly what we have agreed on during the sales process (e.g., Kick-off and training, support) and make sure the client is fully satisfied.
2. Own the delivery of any additional project the client will undertake with us (e.g. custom trainings, Portfolio screening).
3. Identify new business opportunities with the client, and ensure renewal / low churn.
4. Manage all discussions with client (from different AXA Climate team members), and keep the relationship live.


Requisitos

Regarding Soft skills:

  • You are client centric, and have the ability to engage with all stakeholders in the clients’ company

  • You are a problem solver, who like to get things done, with a doer spirit

  • You are rigorous and you can handle relationship with high level partners, thanks to good communication skills.

Regarding Hard skills:

  • you master Project Management (setting deadlines, reporting, keeping the CRM up to date)

  • You are Business oriented

  • Fluent in English

Regarding you experience:

  • A previous experience in Private Equity and Sustainability / Climate SaaS is a good plus

  • You Experienced large scale project in big organizations, ie have already work with large caps (as internal or external)

  • You have proven ability to handle senior executive relationship

  • You have strong environmental convictions and knowledge

And above all, you are a fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside
