The Climate School is part of Axa Climate (Corporate site, Linkedin), who has developed complete business lines to help tackle climate change adaptation (Climate School, Insurance, Industry/Agri/Finance/Public Adaptation). Globally, we are a team of 200 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact.

In three years we grew to 60 team members and 250 clients and we are constantly onboarding new ones. Therefore we are looking for an engaged and passionate Key Account Manager to help us cherish our new customers.

Your main objective will be to develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients by fulfilling the following missions:

• Manage and secure the Climate School deployment within organizations

• Handle the relationship with our partners to deliver the project from the construction phase to the delivery of the modules

• Secure the delivery of additional projects : bespoke courses, other products, new translation, etc.

• Identify and close new business opportunities for growth (up-sell & cross-sell)

• Maximize retention

• Collect client’s feedback to help the Product team


Requisitos

Experience: 1/3 years and + of Account Management

Business-oriented : You are a Sales person, you know how to identify new opportunities and close them

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized and rigourus: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of missions

Client-centric: you like to resolve problems for clients and create a real partnership with the people you’re working for

Tech-savvy and resourceful

Comfortable managing several tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Interest for environment topics is a strong plus

Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside.

Fluent in French and English, German is a plus
