AXA Climate and Altitude

AXA Climate has 5 business units to support its clients and partners, based on expertise: Insurance, Training, Consulting, SaaS Products, and Regen. Globally, we are a team of +200 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our purpose is to help Planet Earth become a true stakeholder of all companies, in the same way that employees, customers and shareholders are!

Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. Our purpose is Adaptation. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity firms, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are +25 people working on it: product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.

We are autonomous within AXA Climate, but we work closely with the consulting teams dedicated to Financial Services and Agri sectors. We strongly believe that success is collective and we play as one team.

Altitude products

Altitude for Finance is our first product, launched un September 2022. It is a platform dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds, enabling risk screening in pre-acquisition Due-Diligence, and enabling portfolio monitoring for reporting (such as TCFD). It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.

We launched in February 2024 Altitude Agriculture, dedicated for cooperatives and agri-food companies.

During first year we signed +40 clients without any paid acquisition. It’s time for step 2, as we are planning to triple that in 2024.

Your mission as Head of Growth

As Head of Growth you will be responsible for all tasks related to generating and managing demand generation for Altitude at a global scale.

Your job is to generate enough leads and traction to help the Account Executive from the Sales team do their job. To do so, you will have the freedom to use all relevant channels, tools and budgets to reach your objective. You can of course leverage internal talents + agencies.

Main areas of responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Paid Channels (LinkedIn, Search Ads, …)

  • SEO

  • Email marketing & marketing automation

  • Website development & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

  • Database management & enrichment (SalesForce)

  • Lead scoring

  • Alignment between Sales & Marketing initiatives and KPIs

You will work directly with the head of the Altitude. You will also coordinate with senior people within the team for producing content and thought leadership initiatives.

Key challenges of the role include:

  • Launching successfully new products and opening new geographies

  • Working across the whole Altitude Ecosystem - targeting various personas

  • Structuring our marketing team and marketing initiatives


Requisitos

  • Experience: you already have 5+ years experience in a similar role at a high growth B2B company

  • Track-record managing various acquisition channels at scale in a B2B environment

  • Experience in marketing automation strategies and tools (B2B)

  • Natural problem solver, high level of critical thinking

  • Great communicator (clarity, energy)

  • Analytical, data-driven DNA

  • Highly collaborative

  • Able to be both a Doer for today and a Builder for tomorrow

  • Positive mindset, faces setbacks and challenges with enthusiasm

  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
