We’re looking for a User Acquisition Intern to join our Growth team this summer. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced operators, work on real campaigns, and have a direct impact on the growth of Bump, one of the fastest-growing social apps today.

You’ll help run acquisition campaigns, support daily operations, and even lead side projects that could unlock our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how UA really works, from strategy to execution, alongside a team that’s scaled apps to hundreds of thousands of daily active users.

• Track performance metrics (CPI, Cost per DAU, etc.) and uncover actionable insights.

• Support the Growth Lead with campaign operations, analysis, and reporting.

• Take ownership of high-impact side projects, such as:

  • Improving AI-driven ad performance

  • Cracking new acquisition channels (e.g. Meta, Snap)

  • Testing and iterating on new creative concepts

• Stay on top of what’s working in the market: competitor tactics, TikTok trends, creative angles...

• You’re comfortable with numbers and love digging into data.

• You’re curious, analytical, and eager to learn how high-performance UA actually works.

• You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.

• You’re ideally finishing your studies and open to converting the internship into a full-time role.
