You will work with other teams to design, maintain and run global qualitative sales enablement programs for go-to-market populations (Sales, Success, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Partnerships), aligned with the business objectives and the learning strategy. At Aircall, sales enablement is about onboarding go-to-market newcomers & providing continuous learning to GTM teams, utilizing blended learning to help to increase sales revenue and gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

This position is based in our Paris office.

Your mission @ Aircall:

  • Develop and animate a global commercial training program for specific go-to-market Aircall teams worldwide (“Sales Academy”) with onboarding & continuous learning modules
  • Gather, organize and coordinate as applicable, training materials in the main languages spoken at Aircall (English, French, German and Spanish), in order to provide targeted and qualitative input
  • Ensure excellent coordination of all stakeholders (Managers, ICs, HR, Support, Learning & Development Team, etc.) during the training process to ensure that training is effectively delivered while saving time for other employees.
  • Act as the go-to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party training providers, handling budget
  • Stay informed of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technology
  • Staying on top of sales methods is required to give Aircall’ sales teams the best information to beat other players in the market
  • Working with the product, knowledge, and partnership teams to ensure internal product knowledge programs across teams is high
  • Plan and implement knowledge assessments and certification programs to ensure that the population has a minimum level of skills to grow and develop
  • Reporting back on successes and plans for improvement of all training programs
  • A little more about you:

  • You have atleast 5+ years of experience in Sales & Training/Coaching
  • At ease with public speaking and written communication
  • You are fluent in both French and English
  • Your team spirit is exemplary with ability to work with different cultures
  • Great skills in coordination, facilitation and critical thinking
  • Ability to spontaneously do problem-solving and project management
  • You have a record of training delivery with proactivity and autonomy
