Our Luxembourg office, established late 2020, plays a pivotal role in driving the Group’s international expansion strategy. Ailancy Luxembourg is now entering an exciting phase of accelerated development and is actively seeking talented individuals to join the team.
Your key responsibilities, depending on your level of experience, will include :
Shape Client Strategy: Engage with clients to co-create and refine their strategic vision, Target Operating Models (TOM), ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives
Deliver End-to-End Business Solutions: Spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive solutions that address intricate, cross-functional business challenges.
Steer and Oversee Complex Transformational Programs: Drive the project governance and lead the execution of large-scale, multi-disciplinary transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, expected outcomes and evolving client objectives.
Conduct Deep-Dive Business Analysis: Perform in-depth business diagnostics and assessments, including gap analysis and opportunity identification on multiple topics.
Propose New Business Models: Identify and help clients seize market opportunities by building comprehensive business cases for the launch of new products, services, business lines.
Support clients through the ideation, design, and launch phases: Drive innovation in their business models by aligning business requirements with future-proofed solutions.
Deploy methodologies and initiatives: Strengthen the operational value chain and deliver measurable improvements in client performance and competitive positioning.
Leverage and Expand Industry Expertise: Bring in your industry knowledge to guide clients through complex transformation projects, focusing on regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
Beyond project work, you’ll actively contribute to the firm’s growth by engaging in recruitment, business development, marketing, team leadership, and training initiatives.
Education: You hold a Master’s degree from an engineering school, or university.
Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting or projects with leading organizations in the financial industry, having successfully contributed to multi-faceted engagements or large-scale transformation projects.
Expertise: We are recruiting on all level of experience. As a manager, you possess strong and demonstrable expertise in financial services (Private Banking, Asset Management or Asset Servicing) including a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory frameworks, digital/innovation initiatives, and operational strategy.
Leadership & Collaboration: You are a proven leader with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and foster collaborative environments.
